Chuck is the principle owner and President of Impact Stewardship Resources, Inc. since 2009. He previously held the position of Vice President of Administration from 2000 to 2009. Having been involved in over 300 campaigns since entering the capital stewardship consulting field, he also has an extensive background in Christian marketing (retail and music). Chuck entered church consulting with the purpose of creating innovative programs that communicate biblical principles, promote church vision and build God’s Kingdom.
Over the years, Chuck has pioneered many of the innovative concepts that have become a normal part of current church capital consulting programs everywhere including turn-key media services (i.e. campaign print, video, campaign website and social media promotion), pre-campaign data analysis, church-wide creative giving education, legacy giving program and the Elevate program.
Chuck and his wife, Dabney, have been married twenty years and live with their four children (Katya, Nina, Evan and Ella) in Franklin, Tennessee. They are advocates for special needs adoption having internationally adopted their oldest two children and have been an example and encouragement to many through their own family.
Bill Price is recognized as one of the leading church capital stewardship program consultants in the country. His success over the past 15 years in capital stewardship is unequalled. Bill has more than 12 years experience in the insurance and investment fields and extensive expertise in the tax and estate laws covering charitable donations.
He also has 12 years of pastoral experience, having planted two churches – one in California and another in Alabama. Bill holds a master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in the San Francisco area.
His heart is to 'come alongside' the local church. Having personally served over 300 churches of all sizes and cultures across the nation and from many denominations, Bill understands the needs churches face.
Dr. Gary Enfinger
Executive Vice President/ Senior Partner
Dr. Gary Enfinger is the Executive Vice President of Impact Stewardship Resources. Gary has been with Impact Stewardship for 10 years and brings with him almost 30 years of pastoral and ministry experience. Prior to joining the Impact team, he completed a highly effective 22-year pastorate of one of Alabama’s growing downtown churches. Under his leadership average attendance more than doubled and the church was recognized as a strong evangelistic and mission-minded church that cultivated hundreds of new believers during his tenure.
Dr. Enfinger was especially successful in leading his church through three major capital stewardship campaigns that provided the funds for major land acquisitions, building renovations, and new construction. The general budget receipts for the church also grew simultaneously with every capital fund campaign. Total receipts more than quadrupled during that time span. Gary believes that God has already provided the resources for His people to accomplish His kingdom’s purposes in every church. Gary’s desire is to assist Impact Stewardship in their goal of enabling churches and pastors to fully develop their potential for impacting their world for the glory of Jesus and the expansion of His church.
In addition to his service as a pastor, Dr. Enfinger has served on the Board of Directors of several major institutions, most recently as chairman of the Board of the University of Mobile and Board Chairman of the Southwest Alabama Medical Center. He holds an earned Doctorate with an emphasis in the theological framework and Biblical basis for financial stewardship.
With his doctoral thesis on stewardship, Gary utilizes his years of ministry background and passion for stewardship teaching to attract a new generation of stewards through his work with Impact Stewardship. His relational ability and consulting style have been successful while working alongside numerous denominations over his six years with Impact Stewardship. Gary’s motivational speaking and teaching have assisted the church projects in his care to consistently reach and exceed their goals.
Gary lives in the Huntsville, Al. metro area. He has been married for 32 years and has one daughter.
Gary maintains an active preaching ministry and is in the pulpit nearly every Sunday of the year. He is frequently asked to speak in a number of national and regional ministerial venues. He has conducted over 100 stewardship campaigns.
Dr. Alan Cox
Alan has been a pastor for more than 25 years. He has planted 3 very successful churches and served as Senior Pastor of two mega churches. As Senior Pastor of the 5,000 member First Baptist Church of Moore, Oklahoma, he guided the church through the aftermath of the Oklahoma City bombing of 1995 and the devastating tornado of 1999 – bringing healing and restoration to a twice shattered community. For his outstanding leadership during these tragedies, he received the Governor’s Humanitarian Award from Governor Frank Keating, and the coveted Phoenix Award from the President of the United States.
Alan has a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Piedmont Baptist College, a Masters Degree from Liberty University and a Doctor of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Alan is also a certified Life Coach.
Mike Cagle comes to us with almost 30 years of ministry experience, including preaching, church planting, leadership development, church administration and capital stewardship campaigns. He played a key role in all start-up requirements for planting a new church with a vision of reaching out to the non-churched; his team raised over $187,000 in the first three months, and generated a large church membership. While in ministry, he was successful in leading his congregation in three capital fundraising campaigns that netted $600,000, $1 million, and $1.5 million respectively. He has been involved in major community projects, including coordination of a group of local churches to restore a local park, renovate an elementary school, and share programs to serve the poor and homeless. He was selected as “Arkansas PTA Child Advocate” for his volunteer work with Dodd Elementary in 2009. A compassionate people person, Mike loves to empower God’s people to accomplish God’s vision.
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and a Master’s degree in counseling. He also completed the Spiritual Formation Academy of the Upper Rooms Ministry Program in 2006. Currently, he is working on a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Missional Theology and Spiritual Formation at Lipscomb University and is receiving certifications in Conflict Management and Spiritual Direction. Mike lives in Nashville, Tennessee and has been married 36 years to Jeannie Coker. They have three married children and five grandchildren.
Dr. Jim Austin
Dr. Jim Austin joins the team at Impact after many years of faithful service to the Body of Christ. As a former pastor, he brings great depth of understanding to the roles pastors must fulfill to spur Biblical stewardship in the local church. He held pastorates at Morganton (Ga.) Baptist Church, Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Gainesville, Ga., and First Baptist Church, Roanoke, Va.
Most recently, Jim held the title of Executive Director-Treasurer of the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Prior to his post South Carolina, Jim served as an Associate Executive Director for the Missouri Baptist Convention. In 1999, he served as First Vice President of the Georgia Baptist Convention and is a former trustee of one of the convention’s schools, Truett-McConnell College.
Jim holds degrees from Jacksonville State University in Alabama, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, Calif. He received an honorary doctorate from Emmanuel Bible College and Seminary in Kota, India.
One of Jim's greatest strengths is his wide experience in the field of missions. He has served as a missionary journeyman in the Philippines. He has been a mission team recruiter and leader for short-term overseas mission trips and pastor training seminars to the Caribbean, Central America, Canada, Eastern and Western Europe and Asia -— including India and China. Jim is a veteran of two terms as a trustee of the International Mission Board, where he was chairman of the Europe, Western Pacific and orientation committees.
Jim and his wife Debbie are parents of five children and one grandchild and reside in Columbia, SC.
Dr. Tom Moucka
Executive Consultant, Legacy Giving
Tom’s experience in the non-profit sector spans over 30 years, during which he has served as pastor of both large and small churches, Area Director of Young Life, founding board member of two private schools, founder of Empty Hands Fellowship, writing coach and consultant to dozens of community-based non-profits.
He did his undergraduate work at Wheaton College, earned his Master of Divinity degree from Northern Seminary, and his Doctorate in Leadership Development from Regent University. His doctoral dissertation was on grant writing and its effectiveness for faith-based organizations and churches – the first of its kind in the field.
In 2002 he established the Thomas Scott Company, a consultancy specializing in fund development and board revitalization. Tom’s passion is to help God’s people realize the dreams God has placed in their hearts.
Dr. Moucka is also a member of the American Bar Association as a mediator, Association of Fundraising Professionals,an ultralight pilot, and an avid fly fisherman.
Dr. Terry Fields
Dr. Terry Fields was a repeat customer as a pastor with Impact Stewardship Resources in the beginning years, then became a spokesman and consultant in 2006. He has experienced both sides of the relational equation between a church in need AND the unique gifts and resources a great consulting firm can provide. The church he pastored in Cincinnati, Ohio became the fastest growing church in the state.
As Senior Pastor, the Impact Team helped him raise over $7 Million in three separate campaigns. He learned the value of a process, a product and the people that would help his church fulfill a God-given vision. Then as Consultant, Terry began to see the Impact strategy become customized and re-produced in churches of all denominations and backgrounds from coast to coast, all with great results.
Dr. Fields holds the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary (’89) and a Doctor of Ministry in Church Growth and Development from New Orleans Seminary (’95). Terry has served 4 churches as pastor, been a denominational leader on the Executive Committee of the SBC. He also has licenses in Life and Health as well as Property and Casualty Insurance in 4 states and developed a non-profit ministry to struggling churches in need of revitalization. He’s also a frequently requested preacher and considered a true friend of pastors everywhere.
Terry lives in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio with ties to Atlanta, Georgia, Sarasota, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee. He enjoys fishing, football and golf but not always in that order.
Rick White’s passion is best summed up in the mission statement of the church he pastored for nearly 33 years. The People’s Church, “To transform ordinary men and women into passionate followers of Christ.”
Rick’s focus is on equipping Christians to share the good news of God’s love and forgiveness with people across the street and around the world. Under his leadership for more than three decades The People’s Church grew from 300 members meeting in downtown Franklin – where the church had been located for 150 years – to a nearby 65-acre campus with more than 5,000 members. A second campus in the exploding community of Spring Hill, just South of Franklin, is home to 1000 of these members.
He grew up in the Birmingham, Alabama area and attended Southeastern Bible College and graduated from Samford University. He received a Masters of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Rick has been active in the Southern Baptist Convention, and served a ten-year tenure on the Board of Trustees at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the only man in the seminary’s history to be elected Chairman of the Board for three consecutive terms.
Rick is a frequent speaker in major churches across the country and at conferences helping others to go to the next level in reaching their world.. He and his wife, Patti, have three daughters : Carrie, Tori, & Hope. He is a grand father to 6 (soon to be 7) grandchildren.
